Nope, not missing anything! They used to leave up their sold listings for a while, but maybe they decided it was too confusing (it is) or it's a rule change by Ebay. So, yes, currently only 1 listing. So if you don't like this one, you just gotta wait until they put up another. :-)

If you're an Ebay fan, there are quite a few British sellers with their Bulgarian houses up for sale. Couple of rather nice ones up at the moment. But these aren't regular sellers/agents, so you just have to go ahead based on their feedback / viewing the house.

I think it's fairly typical of the Ebay regular guys/agents, they seem to find 1 or 2 properties, then put them up on Ebay, and they leave it at that until they've been sold.

[This website] has been on Ebay many years. Now they do pay-monthly, rather than auction listings. They have a separate website, but it only shows their Ebay listings (so if that's empty, the website is too). Mostly VT area, usually village houses.

The other Bulgaria specialist is Paul Hawtin/Emerge (ebay paulhawtin), his separate website is bulgarianoverseasproperty (dot com). He's the other one who does pay-monthly deals. Likewise, looks like one house up at the moment. Usually village houses between Ruse/VT.

The other regulars I've seen are ebay buyinbg (I guess NE, inland from the coast) and ebay realestateinbulgaria_com (Vidin area village houses) and both have good feedback, but they don't do pay-monthly.

Mostly, these regulars are putting up fairly rustic village houses, so you can renovate them. They can be quite cheap from a few thousand to maybe 20k ish.

By way of contrast, Ideal Homes (idealhomes-bg.com) has a lot more properties (mostly in the VT area), and they have a number of already-renovated village houses in the 30k-50k euros range.

Pay-monthly is great if you want to spread the payment. But the mentioned website current offering is 12k and it will need complete renovation. The Paul Hawtin one (Horizon House) has had a bit of a tidy-up and a lick of paint, and it already has a (very) basic kitchen/bathroom. This is 17k, and you'll still need to do a lot of work to it. If you love the whole DIY thing from the ground-up, then they'll keep you busy for years! But some folks might prefer an easier life, and being able to move straight into an already-renovated house from Ideal Homes, say, for 40k-ish.

I buying through them now. Fantastic company. I had a wobble and asked on here not long ago. buying a property I've not seen f ok eBay doesnbinstall confidence does it.
They go above and beyond. Went and cleared the garden just to be helpful last week (I've been paying since Nov last year).
I even ran another company past bill because he doesn't have much to sell ATM in the area I want. He told me enough for me to go ahead

So far I'd highly recommend them tbh
