House for sale near the Finnish National Park Repovesi. The place is very beautiful and quiet. The forest is full of mushrooms and berries. There is a lake nearby and many other lakes around. The house was bought in 2019 right before the pandemic. The house itself is 88 m2, built in 1955, with a good new roof and three stoves. The house has two floors and a basement.  The house requires cosmetic repairs and putting in order the communication systems such as water supply and sewerage. There is a private well under the house, but the pumping equipment needs to be replaced. Next to the house there is a summer kitchen with a stove, a sauna, a warehouse for storing firewood and equipment and a garage. There is no electricity in the house. The electrical wiring in the house is complete. And you can start with a gasoline or diesel generator.
