Ho oltre 13 anni di esperienza nel supporto IT, con una solida competenza nella risoluzione dei problemi hardware, software e di rete. Ampia conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e macOS, delle applicazioni software più diffuse e dei concetti di rete, tra cui TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e VPN.

I am seeking a challenging and rewarding position as an IT Support Officer in a dynamic organization where I can utilize my extensive experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network management to contribute to the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

I have over 13 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Extensive knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, common software applications, and networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.

Competenze

Proficiency in Windows and MacOS

Knowledge of mobile operating systems like iOS and Android.

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, routers, and other peripheral devices.

Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware components.

Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients, antivirus programs).

Experience in software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

Knowledge of network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Experience with user account creation, modification, and management in Active Directory or similar systems.

Proficiency in handling password resets and access permissions.

Knowledge of IT security best practices, including antivirus management, data encryption, and secure password policies.

Experience in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect against threats.

Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques for assisting users who are off-site.

Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely using tools like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or similar software.

Experience with data backup solutions and recovery processes.

Ability to perform regular backups and restore data when necessary.
