Freelance visa

Its a proper work visa but no job guarantee from the visa sponsor. So, the sponsor will sell the visa and charge yearly fee to renew RP but he wont give any job anywhere. It is upon the visa holder to find a job and ask for transfer once the job is permanent. The Legality of this visa is dubious and people can fall in to problems if they don't know their sponsor. Sponsor can reject transfer or demand huge fee to transfer which can result in deportation/ Labor court/ Prison. If the sponsor rejects transfer request, then you cannot work in a proper company and have settled life here. There are some companies that employ such visa people, but, the problem is employing someone on some other sponsor is illegal.
