Body Combat at Telfair amphitheater

Feeling the need to get active? Join Ika De Lacroix every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM for Body Combat, an invigorating workout inspired by martial arts moves and set to energizing music!

Happiness Program

From Friday, June 7th to Sunday, June 9th, immerse yourself in the Happiness Program led by coach Heather Drummond. This 3-day experience will teach you breathing and meditation techniques to help manage stress and improve sleep, enhancing your overall quality of life.

Fet Lamizik dan Moka

Enjoy an unforgettable evening of outdoor music at Fet Lamizik dan Moka on June 21st at the Telfair amphitheater! Featuring a diverse lineup of artists including AyoZaad with Jason Heerah, Ribongia, Emlyn & Ophélie Sauteur, PatyAtann, Avneesh from Babani Records, and special guests Kiltir Maloya from La Réunion. There will be a variety of food options available from Mr Bao, Seb's Kitchen, Maikey Boulettes, and more! Bring your friends and don't forget your cooler to keep your drinks chilled!

NLPZ (Nou Lé Pas Zesklav')

On June 22nd, experience "NOU LÉ PA ZESKLAV'," a unique musical exploring themes of slavery and displacement through a mix of Creole, French, and English. This 1.5-hour show is suitable for ages 10 and up and promises an evening of emotion and reflection.

La Bayadère

Witness a new interpretation of the classic ballet "La Bayadère," presented by Le Studio Centre de Danse from June 14th to 16th. This three-act ballet tells a tragic love story set in ancient India. Tickets are available from Rs 800 for adults and Rs 500 for children, with an Early Bird offer at Rs 600 for adults and Rs 300 for children.

Lundi c'est (P)arty

Every first Monday of the month from 6 PM, IFM hosts an artistic evening with Lundi c'est (P)arty. This Monday, June 3rd, enjoy performances, concerts, videos, and meet artists in residence or passing through. The evening will end with La Isla Social Club inviting you to relax with a drink while enjoying music from a carefully selected DJ. Featured guests include versatile artist Kyky Otaku, renowned tattoo artist Kenny Cangy, sustainable practices enthusiast Shivani Ragavoodoo, and Creole pop music group Vwayel.

Children and family

17th Annual ChinaTown Food and Cultural Festival 2024

From June 1st at 9 AM to June 2nd at 6 PM, the Chinatown Food and Cultural Festival returns. Organized by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Mauritius, this event showcases Chinese cuisine with 26 food stalls. Enjoy performances by local and Malaysian artists, including a mesmerizing bian lian show, a traditional Chinese opera where masks change imperceptibly.

Kids Trail

Mauritius by UTMB and RMCLUB are teaming up to create an unforgettable sports experience for young athletes with the first Kids Trail! Scheduled for Sunday, June 16th, 2024, this event offers three age-appropriate courses. Children aged 4 to 6 will run 800 meters at 10:00 AM, those aged 7 to 9 will run 1400 meters at 10:30 AM, and kids aged 10 to 12 will run 2000 meters at 11:00 AM. Registration is open at Riverland Mauritius or by phone at 483 4956, at a fee of Rs 400 per child. Bib collection starts at 8:30 AM on the same day, with the race beginning at Riverland in Tamarin.
