The bedroom is small suitable for one person, but the actual utility spaceÂÂ of the houseÂÂ is very spaciousÂÂ (the kitchen, toilet/shower room, inviting room, work station,ÂÂ garden, parking,ÂÂ ...). All kinds of convinience services are nearby. The house is nearby Phu My Hung (District 7, Saigon).
The house and the whole residence area is very vintage style of Vietnam countryside even though it is in the heart of Saigon/HoChiMinh City. Very nice neighbors and little children around.
