The house includes 4 bedrooms, I and a French friend are living here, so there are 2 empty rooms now. *Address: Bui Huu Nghia St, Binh Thanh District, HCMC (location is nearby HCMC center, next to District 1 and take short time to other areas of HCMC) *Rent price: 5.7M VND/month with bed, table and wardrobe; this price is not include other fee such as electricity, water and cleaning service (3 times/week); all the other fee is divided equally for renders in house every month (average total is 7M VND/month). *Shared space: kitchen, living room, parking area, washing area, terrace with good view (and for small BBQ party). *Deposit: rent fee of one month. *You will sign contract directly with the owner of the house.
