Good morning After a 5-year return to France, I would like to return to Spain. ÂÂ I know how difficult it is to find a year-round rental so I don't put a particular city I want to be close to all amenities (shops, transport) with nice little walks to do on foot. I am 75 years old and retired, my pension is €1,345. I can provide a bank guarantee, I have a NIE. ÂÂ I would like to live in a friendly place with friendship around me, I live alone and want contacts I speak Spanish I am studying the option of renting with several people with a minimum of private space (bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen area) with a private entrance, for example in a house with its owners. ÂÂÂ apres un retour de 5 ans en France je souhaite revenir en espagne

ÂÂÂ je connais la difficulté de trouver une location à l année alors je ne met pas de ville particulière

Je souhaite être près de toutes commodités ( commerces transport ) avec des petites ballades sympas à faire à pied ..

ÂÂÂ j ai 75 ans retraitée , ma retraite est de 1345€ je peux faire une caution bancaire , je posède le NIE

ÂÂÂ J 'aimerai vivre dans un lieu convivial avec de l amitié autour de moi , je vis seule et souhaite des contacts je parle espagnole

J' étudie l ' option de location à plusieurs avec un minimun d' espace privé ( chambre , salle de bain , petit coin cuisine ) avec une entrée privée ceci par exempleÂÂÂ dans unee maison avec ses propiétaires ..
