*Environmental Responsibilities:*

1. Providing technical expertise on environmental issues, such as climate change, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable natural resource management.

2. Developing and implementing environmentally sustainable projects and programs.

3. Conducting environmental assessments and impact evaluations.

4. Collaborating with stakeholders to promote environmental stewardship.

*Gender Responsibilities:*

1. Analyzing and addressing gender disparities in environmental programs and policies.

2. Developing and implementing gender-sensitive project designs and implementation plans.

3. Conducting gender assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Capacity building of staff and partners on gender mainstreaming.

*Cross-Cutting Responsibilities:*

1. Developing and maintaining partnerships with governments, civil society, and private sector stakeholders.

2. Providing technical guidance and training to project staff and partners.

3. Developing and managing project budgets and work plans.

4. Monitoring and evaluating project progress and impact.
