Bar business

Hello there. Im tizeta and i would like to know if anyone can guid me thru the process of owning a bar. I want to open a bar or hokka lounge. Preferably around bole, 22 or chychynia. what are the process and how much would it cost me to open it. Like (rent, design, furniture, equipmen......)  You can replay here or inbox me.
