Being born in Trieste in the North-East of Italy I have taken advantage of expanding my knowledge of wine not only in my country but also in Slovenia and Croatia, I have always worked with coffee brands such as "Illy" and "Hausbrandt" in quality bars and have acquired excellent skills in the coffee shop work.

Graduated in 2002 in Flair Bartending at the PlanetOne Food & Beverage Academy in Italy
