Professional and enterprising in the hospitality sector with over 20 years of work experience as bartender in Italy, Thailand and Australia. Owner of Blu Bar in Trieste (Italy) for the last 8 years. Craft beer taster.

Very skilled in the preparation and serving of cocktails, drinks, beverages alcoholic, non-alcoholic and coffee . Excellent sales and management skills, always looking for improvements and new trends with passion. Serious and extremly attentive to details, speed in service at tables and at the counter and in cleaning. Constantly seeking to develop, improve my skills, abilities, and those of my workmates. Motivated and reliable I try to provide customers with the best possible service and experience.

Over the last 10 years and also thanks to my travels, I have developed a strong interest in natural organic products, especially Craft Beer.

Being born in Trieste in the North-East of Italy I have taken advantage of expanding my knowledge of wine not only in my country but also in Slovenia and Croatia, I have always worked with coffee brands such as "Illy" and "Hausbrandt" in quality bars and have acquired excellent skills in the coffee shop work.

Graduated in 2002 in Flair Bartending at the PlanetOne Food & Beverage Academy in Italy
