Hi everybody,

I'm new here though I always visited Bangkok during my holidays.
Two months ago, I went  there to take TEFL Course thinking that
through that, I could be able to find a job there as a English Teacher but
to my surprise, it's not that easy though.

Can anyone give me advice as I'm thinking of starting a small business in clothing
and Thailand is one of the best options where to buy those products.

You comments and advice are highly appreciated. Thanks a lot and have a nice day.

I think you could go to Platinum mall, near central world, to see the clothes. When you select the shop, please ask for the exporting price. Normally, there are 3 pricing level in Platinum mall (Retail --> Wholesale --> Shop). You will get the big discount from this

Sorry to disappoint you as there are many Filipinos and Filipinas here trying to get a job. Some are teachers and web masters.

Ad to clothing business, surprised you are looking at Thailand as cost is high.

Many are buying from China or Vietnam. Search on Alibaba and taboo web site

Thais are also buying cheap clothes from Cambodia at the border like 20 baht then retail at 100 baht. Of course quality is :-|

Now many premium buyers from overseas are buying from China and Vietnam. Many are not buying from Thailand as cost is high and no new design. Thai companies are importing from China too.

If you are selling clothes to pinoys back home, I think you know the price range thus source from cheaper places.

God speed.
