Tumble Living Inc. is a leading and best-selling brand in the USA, specializing in high-quality, washable rugs. With our growing manufacturing operations in Thailand, we are looking to expand our team and hire a skilled Quality Control Specialist to oversee and ensure product quality in our Thai facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Oversight: Monitor and maintain quality control processes throughout the production and manufacturing stages.

Product Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure they meet company standards.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and quality control procedures, implementing solutions to enhance product quality.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with local suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with Tumble Living's quality standards.

Reporting: Regularly report on quality performance, issues, and improvements to management teams in both Thailand and the USA.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure traceability.

Training: Train and mentor factory personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Thai (native or business-level proficiency).

Chinese language skills or English (business-level proficiency), should know 1 of these 2

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control).

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.

Skills:

Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

Experience in the textile or rug manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Experience with washable products or home goods is a plus.
