I am a passionate and well organised chef with 29 years experience covering all facets of the industry. My career started in London where I trained in 1, 2 and 3 Michelin starred restaurants. This includes being the pastry chef at Gordon Ramsay's eponymous restaurant in Chelsea. After my tenure there, I went on to be head chef at two restaurants achieving three AA rosettes in both. My last job in London was the head chef of the award winning Hawksmoor Seven Dials. Since then, I moved into the private sector mostly working on superyachts, private villas and chalets for the wealthy and famous. My most recent role was the executive chef of a luxury resort in Indonesia. This was a hugely rewarding experience and included appearances on Australian TV and lifestyle magazine write ups. I would like to continue this same linear experience for my next position. I have spent much of my free time frequenting destination restaurants and doing work experience where possible. I am as passionate about my industry today as I was 29 years ago .
