Customer Success Specialist
Are you a customer minded specailist with a passion for Sales?
A Customer Success Specialist will contact existing customers and capture their needs and future whises.
You will present them all of the solutions we can offer them and advice them of possible add-ons, upgrades and bundles.
Your goal is to improve customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with the products we offer.
This job is for you:
- Pro-active contact with customers: contact existing customers via phone, following marketing- and sales-scripts to realize upselling and cross-selling possibilities
- Support systems and tools: Manage and maintain the systems which support the accountplan
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Keep track of prices, deliverytimes, actions and new upcoming products by working closely together with these teams
- Follow-up of Marketingcampaings and offers: Monitor special promotions, draw-up quotes for laptops, desktops and add-ons and, manage the renewal of experiencing licenses
- Manage contracts and administration: Inform customers on upcoming renewals, close contracts and, set the right pricing and register this in the back office
Are you who we are looking for?:
- ICT experience: you have basic knowledge of IT and have a passion for innovative technologies
- Sales experience: you love to talk with customers and discover new opportunities
- IT-related Sales experience: knowledge of and, experience with IT-products and/or services
- Strong communicatoin skills: customer focused and effective in communication
- Commercial driven: Results-oriented and highly motivated to reach sales goals
- Language skills: Fluent in DUTCH/FLEMISH is a must, knowledge of English (and/or French is a plus)
