Finnish Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist
Workster supports a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Finnish-speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office.
Your Tasks
Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
Your Qualifications
C1 level Finnish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Digital marketing roles
Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
AdWords Search fundamentals certified – will be considered as an advantage
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
Strong work ethics with constant focus on quality
Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
