Junior Campaign Specialist German Speakers Spain

Are you a German speaker with a passion for online advertising and customer interaction? We're hiring a Junior Campaign Specialist to help new clients develop their first online advertising campaigns. Purpose of the Role

In this role, you'll work with a portfolio of new clients, helping them create and optimize their PPC campaigns. You'll play a key role in supporting their growth by delivering tailored advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant for clients to onboard and develop their PPC campaigns

• Understand client needs and objectives to drive advertising success

• Increase client spending, upsell services, and ensure long-term sustainability

• Manage high volumes of client interactions daily through phone consultations

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions

• Proven ability to meet or exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and performance goals

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and client-focused mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

• Fluent German (C2) and a high level of English

• Competitive Salary: €23,876 gross/year up to €3,408 gross/year in bonuses
