I woul like to work in the tourism sector, or hotels as at any position; recepcionist, assistant manager, costumer support, etc.

I do have a strong background in customer service. I am used to handling calls, emails, and multiple clients simultaneously. I know how to work under pressure, multitask, solve problems, be responsible, stay organized and pay attention to detail.

I am a good listener and I have a good comprehension, which helps me understand and meet costumer needs effectively. Additionally, as a costumer myself, I understand what kind of service people appreciate and what they do not.

I can describe myself as a perfectionist person and obsessive with the order, the cleanliness and organization. In the other hand, I love traveling, organizing trips, and learning about different countries, cultures, visas and permissions. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and improve my skills.

I may not have any previous professional experiences in this sector, but in recent months I have advised people who came so that they knew what they had to see or do and I know the local people and how they work.
