Customer Support Representative - Serbian speakers
We are looking for Serbian speakers for the role of Customer Support agent to work in Barcelona, onsite.
Your role will be:
· Answer to inbound calls and customer inquiries
· Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
· To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
· To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
· To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
This Job is for you if you have:
· Fluency in Serbian C2 Level
· Good knowledge of English (B2 Level or above)
· Possession of EU valid Passport or Spanish Residence card
· High School Diploma or Higher
· You live in Barcelona or another city in the EU
