Spanish/Catalan speaking receptionist
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general support).
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Provide information to potential clients
Designing leaflets
Advertising via social network
Teaching (covering for absent teachers)
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Understand and speak Spanish/Catalan
Schedule
Morning shift from Monday to Friday: 10:30-13h
Afternoon shift Mondays / Tuesdays / Thursdays: 16:30-20:30h
Afternoon shift Wednesdays: 15:30-20:30h
Afternoon shift Fridays: 15:30-18h
We offer 20 days of paid holidays a year.
Although it is a temporary job, once the 6 month contract ends you will be eligible for a permanent contract.
