Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Relations – Engaging with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
Customer Service – Handling inquiries, providing support, and resolving concerns professionally
Business Development – Building relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting growth strategies
Who We Are Looking For
European nationals currently in Saudi Arabia or available for short-term project work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or business development, preferably in the events industry
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexibly based on project requirements
