Change of Saudi Council Status from Nurse Technician to Specialist

Hello everyone! 🤗
I was wondering if you can help, I'm in a bit of a pickle here...
Way back in 2013 when I toom the prometric exam, I took the Specialist exam amd passed it. However, my employer registered my as a Technician.
Fast forward to 2020, I want to change my status from Nurse Technician to Nurse Specialist.
What should I do?
Does anyone of you encountered the same situation as this one?

Hello good day i have saudi council license last 2015 they issued me then 2017 i had some issues with my license but the expiry is 2018 im still here in ksa working as nurse but my license expired now its 2021 and i transfer employer and my new employer wants to renew how is it possible? Pls help
