BIM Coordinators specializing in Mechanical
Built Industrial seeking experienced BIM Coordinators specializing in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a proven track record in coordination and shop drawing preparation.
Requirements:
•More than 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
•Proficient in using Revit and Navisworks.
•Experience with 4D modeling using Synchro is preferred.
•Strong background in coordination and shop drawing preparation.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to the received OIR, PIR, and AIR.
•Attend meetings with client representatives to discuss project progress and requirements.
•Coordinate activities among all technical office participants to ensure effective collaboration.
•Perform coordination between all discipline Revit models and create clash reports using Navisworks.
•Revise shop drawing sheets prior to submission to the consultant.
•Monitor model development to ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
