Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in data center End-to-End Provider and low current IT services. The ideal candidate with deep understanding of data center solutions, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. And driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This position requires a deep understanding of the data center industry, IT services, and low current systems, combined with strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives for data center construction and low current IT services.
- Directs and supervises assigned sales account managers, sell customers solutions that meet a wide variety Data Center services and customer needs including products/ services /systems/ solutions to ensure achievement of both unit and revenue objectives.
- Provides expertise and consultation to assist with difficult customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers and supports large account sales. And close businesses.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Market Development:
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities within data center construction and low current services, focusing on emerging trends and client needs.
-Develop and manage key executive relationships across identified Data Centers holding companies and related agencies
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine sales approaches and enhance market positioning.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic customers and major projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Strategic Partnerships:
- Establish and develop partnerships with technology providers, consultants, and contractors to enhance service offerings and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.

5. Sales Proposals and Presentations:
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions, including colocation, cloud connectivity, and Data Center services
- Work with the engineering and project management teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet client requirements.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for executive management on sales progress, forecasts, and market developments.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for optimal performance.
- Optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
8. Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, Electronics, Business Administration, in the Data Center Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the data center and IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of low current systems, including networking, security, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
