Location: (Qiddiyah) Riyadh, KSA

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in BIM modeling, specifically for electrical systems.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.

Responsibilities:

• BIM Model Development: Create, update, and maintain detailed electrical BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) to identify and resolve potential design conflicts early in the project lifecycle.

• Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant local codes, industry standards, and safety regulations, conducting regular reviews to maintain compliance.

• Quality Assurance: Perform quality control checks on models and drawings to detect errors and inconsistencies, facilitating timely revisions to maintain project integrity.

• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and reports, ensuring they are up to date and accessible for team members.

• Project Support: Assist in preparing project proposals and estimates, contributing technical insights and ensuring that electrical components are accurately represented.
