qualification:

• bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• 10 to 15 years of proven experience in construction management, with a successful track record of managing medium to large-scale projects.

• strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• excellent knowledge of construction management software, budgeting, and scheduling tools.

• familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards.

• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

duties:

• oversee the execution of all site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

• develop and implement comprehensive plans for civil activities, including preparing method statements for project tasks.

• manage on-site equipment and resources to optimize productivity and maintain smooth operations.

• monitor and control all site activities, providing direction and resolving issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
