Site IT Engineer

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 2 years in IT support or similar role

Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools

Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

Set up new employee workstations, ensuring proper functionality of hardware and software.

Perform regular software updates and patches on desktops and laptops.

Assist with onboarding and training new employees on IT systems.

Troubleshoot network-related issues, including connectivity, printing, and Wi-Fi.

Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.

Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.

Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.

Strong understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN) and TCP/IP protocols.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Certifications: CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar (preferred).

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
