qualification:
• bachelor's degree/diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• proven experience as a civil quantity surveyor in construction projects.
• strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, methods, and practices.
• proficiency in cost estimation tools and software.
• excellent communication and negotiation skills.
key responsibilities:
• preparing and analyzing cost estimates for construction projects.
• conducting feasibility studies and budget assessments.
• monitoring and managing project budgets and expenditures.
• measuring and valuing work completed on-site.
• preparing tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
requirement:
• candidate should have a three-month valid iqama id.
• available to join immediately
