Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Location: Diriyah, KSA

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on MEP projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in MEP

Strong understanding of MEP systems, cost management, and construction contracts.

Proficiency in QS software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects.

Monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring that they stay within budget and meet deadlines.

Conduct site visits to assess the work progress, quality, and resources used.

Prepare and submit tender documents and assist in contract negotiations.

Evaluate and manage project variations, claims, and change orders related to MEP works.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide support to junior quantity surveyors and team members, offering mentorship and guidance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all financial matters.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
