qualification:

• bachelor's degree/diploma in civil engineering or related field.

• minimum 5-8 years of experience in the construction field.

• strong knowledge of qa/qc processes and standards.

• excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• proficiency in relevant software and tools.

• effective communication and interpersonal skills.

key responsibilities:

• conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections for architectural works.

• review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure compliance.

• identify and report any non-conformities or defects during the construction process.

• collaborate with the project team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

• maintain detailed documentation of qa/qc activities, reports, and test results.

• ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.

• candidate should have a valid iqama id
