Civil Structural Draftsman
Location: Jeddah, KSA
Qualification:
A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Certification in drafting or proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a draftsman, with a focus on civil and structural design. Experience with large-scale or complex projects is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction projects.
Work closely with civil and structural engineers to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise technical drawings.
Modify existing drawings as necessary to reflect design changes and updates.
Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
Review designs for accuracy and feasibility, offering suggestions for improvements where applicable.
Maintain an organized record of all project drawings and revisions.
Support the project team in addressing technical queries related to drawings and specifications
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
Strong knowledge of structural design principles and civil engineering concepts.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other team members.
Requirement:
Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
