Electrical QA/QC Engineer

Location: KAFD (Riyadh) KSA

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 6 years gulf experience

Proven experience as an Electrical QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role within the electrical industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, BS Standards).

Proficiency in electrical testing equipment and methodologies.

Experience in reviewing electrical design documents and specifications.

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with project teams, clients, and contractors.

Familiarity with quality management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures for electrical systems and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of electrical installations to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.

Review electrical designs, plans, and specifications to verify compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Prepare detailed inspection and test reports, ensuring accurate documentation of quality control activities.

Identify, report, and resolve any non-conformances or quality issues during the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all electrical work.

Monitor and inspect materials and equipment used in electrical installations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Conduct site inspections to verify that electrical work is executed in accordance with approved designs and safety regulations.

Provide guidance and support in training teams and contractors on QA/QC processes and best practices for electrical work.

Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and new technologies in electrical engineering and QA/QC practices.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
