Civil Architecture QA/QC Inspector

Location: Taif, KSA

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection within civil and architectural construction.

Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality control processes, and architectural specifications.

Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools.

Good communication skills to work effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of civil and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Identify, report, and rectify any quality issues or non-conformities.

Ensure all works are carried out as per the quality control plan and project specifications.

Monitor construction processes, materials, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and progress reports.

Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken for any identified issues.

Conduct final inspections and assist in project handover activities.
