Senior Quantity Surveyor

Fit-Out & Civil Infrastructure

Location: Diriyah, KSA

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on Fit-Out and Civil Infrastructure projects.

In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, civil works, cost management, and construction contracts.

Proficiency in QS software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for both fit-out and civil infrastructure projects.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and timelines.

Conduct site visits to assess work progress, quality, and resource utilization.

Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations.

Assess and manage claims, variations, and change orders related to fit-out and infrastructure works.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and other team members.

Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
