BMS Engineer

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS).

Proven experience with BMS software (Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, or similar platforms).

Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, fire alarm, and other integrated building systems.

Familiarity with building system integration and communication protocols.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex technical issues.

Good understanding of energy management, energy-efficient practices, and building automation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, and maintain BMS for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

Configure and integrate BMS software and hardware for various systems (HVAC, lighting, security, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS systems, including controllers, sensors, and communication networks.

Conduct regular inspections, system audits, and performance reviews to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meet client expectations.

Provide technical support and training for building operators and maintenance teams on the BMS system.

Monitor building system performance to identify opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.

Ensure the integration of building systems is compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to complete BMS projects on time and within budget.

Ensure that building management systems meet all safety and environmental compliance requirements.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
