Structural QA/QC Engineer

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel erection inspection, monitoring, procedures, and control

Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, practices, and procedures for structural steel projects

Ability to conduct inspections, prepare reports, and ensure quality compliance

Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and codes

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Proven experience in QA/QC for structural steel erection projects

Strong technical background in civil and/or mechanical engineering

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills to liaise with various project stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Perform QA/QC inspections on structural steel erection works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

Review and ensure that all materials and equipment used in steel erection are of the required quality

Monitor the execution of quality assurance procedures, and identify potential risks or quality issues during the project lifecycle

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve any quality-related issues

Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and recommendations for corrective actions

Ensure that all welding, bolting, and other structural steel installation activities meet project specifications and standards

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
