We are Hiring: Wood Production Engineer
Location: Sudair, KSA
Requirements:
• Experience: 4-6 years in wood production
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all stages of the wood manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production plans and schedules.
• Develop and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and ensure product quality compliance with standards.
• Supervise the production team and ensure the optimal use of machinery and equipment.
• Comply with safety procedures and ensure worker safety.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking for process improvement
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP systems
