qualification:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a planning engineer

• should have a specialist in delay analysis

• proficiency in preparing and reviewing eot claims and associated documentation.

• expertise in various delay analysis methodologies, especially concurrent delay analysis.

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., primavera p6, ms project).

• excellent communication skills for coordination with stakeholders and reporting.

key responsibilities:

• conduct detailed delay analysis to identify project delays and their impacts.

• prepare, review, and submit comprehensive eot claims with supporting evidence.

• implement and utilize various delay analysis methodologies, focusing on concurrent delays.

• collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and documentation.

• provide expert insights to mitigate future delays and optimize project schedules.

requirement:

• candidate should have valid iqama id
