UPS Service Technician

As a UPS Service Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance repair and troubleshooting of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)systems chargers inverters and related power electronics equipment. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical / electronics systems and the ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

Main Responsibilities :

• The ability to conduct and lead the execution process of UPS and its auxiliary components.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of UPS systems chargers inverters and associated equipment.

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of UPS systems and related components ensuring minimal downtime.

• Interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics to diagnose effectively and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with the service manager to prioritize and manage repair tasks ensuring timely completion.

• Monitor pending repairs and follow up to ensure they are addressed within the committed timeframe.

• Prepare and submit daily reports to the service manager detailing completed tasks ongoing projects and any issues encountered.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repair activities.

• Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
