Operations and Facilities Manager
We are looking from an Operations and Facilities Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
- Efficiently manage budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Enhance tenant experience by providing exceptional services.
- Apply quality tools to ensure effective performance.
- Manage service contracts with vendors to achieve the highest quality standards.
- Create technical specifications for new projects.
- Introduce new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare tenant manuals and design criteria.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in operations and facilities management.
