@eyobselam66 It depends where you are travelling to. If within Schengen, no one will check your permesso. If your are travelling within Italy it is the same. If you are leaving Schengen you need to have your receipt on return. Read More

Once you are inside Schengen there are no checks for internal travel, so whether you have a carta or not is of no consequence. The whole concept of Schengen is to allow free travel between member countries. Read More
