Issue a birth certificate for non-resident with no CPR by waeltawfik

Hi.. I was born in Bahrain in the 1970s and I have a Bahraini birth certificate in Arabic. My family left when I was 6 years. Now I want to issue a new bilingual birth certificate but I don't have a CPR. Does anyone have an idea how to do this ...
