@sheldonhickman2002 Paraguay is much cheaper the CR but the medical isn't on par with them. Rather quiet with nothing like the night life that (used to be) in Tiawan. I can't speak for there now, but had 2 wonderful years 50 years ago. Read More

@hvandijk6 I doubt it. Certainly not in the 3 largest cities. You might be able to get that in some rural areas but I'm a bit pessimistic that even that could be done. Read More
