What are everyones thoughts on the safest, and most accepted accommodations for a single woman to stay in Riyadh and Jeddah?

Salam I recently moved to riyadh a month ago from USA. I need to sponsor a personal home driver from Pakistan . What is the process of doing it ? I am a doctor. do I need to contact the agency? Or I can do it on my own and how ?thanks
