Cosmopolitan cities by Julien
Which are the most cosmopolitan cities in your opinion? From what I've seen in my short life, n°1 is New York In Europe I think London is the most cosmopolitan place (Barcelona is interesting too)... Which other cities would you add to the list?
I found Montpelier to be very diverse, but I only spent a few days there, so I don't know if it is "cosmopolitan" (i.e., accepting of foreigners). Read More
