- Corporate Legal Career developed in the areas of International Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Civil Law, Regulatory Law, Consumer Law, Compliance and Data Protection/Privacy.
- Senior International Counsel with solid experience in insurance, reinsurance, flexible benefits, intermediation and consultancy for new businesses, human capital, risk and health.
- Experience in managing the legal team of health insurance companies, acting in judicial and regulatory proceedings at all instances of the Brazilian Judiciary, health, insurance and data protection.
- Advice national and international clients in drafting, analyzing and reviewing agreeements, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, commercial partnerships and global suppliers.
- Experience in implementing and standardizing legal processes in LATAM and Global Corporate Legal Departments.
- Experience in adapting companies to comply with data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Act (LGPD - Brazil) and GDPR (EUR).
- Experience in preparing and executing an International Compliance Program based on the main anti-corruption laws and regulations relevant to the global corporate sector, such as the FCPA and UK Bribery.
- Solid legal and business operational knowledge of the LATAM region.
- International experience of 2 years lived in Ireland/EU.
