I currently own several small insurance/finance businesses operating out of North Sydney. Married with no dependents. We received our MM2H Visa mid-2018 and plan to semi-retire to Penang Island early 2020 and use as a base to further explore greater Asia. We will be making a return visit to Penang mid-December 2019 to early January 2020 to investigate which neighbourhood we might rent an apartment. We don't have plans to have a car & will rent one as required. So, keen to be nearer to George Town versus island north. Looking at renting 3 bedroom apartment with sea views in Pulau Tikus & Gurney Drive areas.
