Hi All,

Jude & I (Kerry) (mid 60s) are looking to semi retire to Penang Island early 2020. Will be overseeing business interests for a period of time, with regular trips back to Sydney. We obtained our MM2H mid 2018 and have banking all sorted.

Looking to get involved in the Penang community and use as a base to explore greater Asia in more detail. We both enjoy travel, cultures, food, meeting people, entertaining, cooking (although more Jude), photography, rugby union, walking, swimming & sailing.

From a previous visit; planning not to have a car (rent as needed); reading the likes of The Expat magazine & International Living articles; and a preference for sea views & being close to water, we think north George Town, Pulau Tikus & Gurney Drive might be our preferred neighbourhoods, however, we have an open mind.

Visiting late December for 3 weeks to explore and lock in rent apartment accomodation (min 3 bedrooms) with decent sized balcony for entertainment.

Would be great to start a dialogue with interested persons. Initially via email@kerryhenry.com.au or if a chat preferred (SMS me your local number or via WhatsApp or Skype) etc.

We're both excited about the opportunity that was going to happen mid 2019, but now early 2020.
