@Julien I am Eric, actually UK resident. I am planning to move to Cameroon pretty soon. However I still need a place to live in once there.

I have acquired a 500m2 plot near Yaounde. The project is to build 5 bedrooms house, in what it is locally called "duplex" all this in a gate, with outside security lodge, external room toilet/shower room for house mate (domestic).

How much this may cost you think?
