New EP application within probation period

Hi guys,

My S pass has been issued 1.5 month ago and I am still in probation period.

Company culture is really bad and working Ot basically until 9pm every single day n environment is insane as colleagues behave badly in avoiding handover.

meanwhile a company reached out to me and I got offered the managerial position as I used to worked as manager back in my home country.

if new EP to be applied,

can my EP be rejected as I hop job just within 1.5 month? It was my first s pass.
if new EP approved and new employer refused to cancel old pass, how to deal?
salary hop from 3300 to 5200 can be big gap to be rejected too?

company is a highly reputable one though.

No problem for your EP approval.
After getting you EP approval, you can submit resignation letter to current company. They should cancel you pass after your notice period. Its common
First wait for EP approval before putting your resignation (salary difference not a big deal nowadays and purely your luck. ). so firt wait for your EP approval.

There is always a risk, how you are tagged/ perceived by MoM (… job hopper chasing money).

yes, you can take the risk and move jobs but as mentioned above, get the IPA, resign only after that.
